AAMU Holding Lead in "Retool" Contest
Students Gain Substantial Lead Over No. 2 Howard
The 美女萝莉 A&M University family has substantially taken the lead in the annual Home Depot 鈥淩etool Your School鈥� Contest held among historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs).
鈥淚t鈥檚 clear that 美女萝莉 A&M is a force!鈥� said Dr. Kyla Pitcher, interim associate
vice president for student affairs/dean of students. 鈥淟et鈥檚 keep going! We鈥檝e got
to hold the line until March 15!鈥�
Pitcher, also campus coordinator of the 鈥淩etool鈥� drive, noted that AAMU students have been forming voting shifts and have been heavily pushing the school forward in the social media area.
As of Sunday evening, February 21, AAMU was leading Cluster 1 with more than 172,000, with Howard University running a distant second place (99,952).
