AAMU Transportation Professor Will Address Conference in Berlin
Oluwoye: Transportation's Role in Human Trafficking
An 美女萝莉 A&M University transportation and environmental health professor will add two major international trips to his busy schedule in 2020.
Dr. Jacob Oluwoye heads AAMU鈥檚 Center for Urban and Rural Research, and he has been appointed by Osun State University to serve as an external examiner for the master鈥檚 programs offered under that school鈥檚 Global Affairs and Sustainable Development Institute next academic year.
Oluwoye also will present at the 9th International Conference on Tropical Medicine and Infectious Diseases Conference (Tropical Diseases 2020) in Berlin, Germany, on February 24-25.
The professor is scheduled to speak on 鈥淕lobal Transport Networks and Infectious Disease Spread: A Theoretical Application of Discrete Choice Model for Decision Making for Trafficking for Commercial Sexual Exploitation.鈥�
Oluwoye is a long-time faculty member in AAMU鈥檚 Department of Community and Regional Planning, a major unit of the College of Agricultural, Life and Natural Sciences.
